Testing our new hire log splitter, bought brand new and its first outing

We’ve had our Weibang for 3 months now. It’s done just under 100 hours, been faultless throughout that time. It’s a hire machine for self drive, the feedback from customer is really positive. They like being able to ride on the back of the machine, it means they can go for longer without having a break. The flails are holding up really well. We only have small niggles, such as better track scrapers and grass wraps around the idlers and wears the rubber from the tracks. The air filter needs regular cleaning or the engine runs poorly, I think that’s acceptable due to its working environment being dusty. It just needs better plastic caps on the front wheels bearings as they get pulled off with taller material or brambles. I’ve just used duct tape as it lasts longer. Overall, really impressed. Customers are pleased with the machine and its reliability is great.
